Please see below, our standard terms for trading with clients. None of our terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Affinity Studios runs several promotions throughout the year. These may be free shoots, prints or enrolment on to photographic schemes.
We allow one free offer per family. If you registered for one offer but did not book, you are free to register for a subsequent offer should you wish.
Clients who booked a shoot and failed to turn up or provide any advance notice that they would be unable to attend will be excluded from all future promotions.
We reserve the right to extend any free promotional offer to clients who have participated in a previous promotion and chosen to buy additional images from their shoot(s).
Affinity Studios provides shoots on a pre booked basis. You will be sent a confirmation email at the time of booking with the relevant information you need (address etc).
Our shoots are as standard 30 minutes. This includes any time for changes.
If you are unable to make your appointment, you should let us know as soon as possible. We will endeavour to re-arrange to a suitable time for you.
If you do not provide us with any notice, we will be unable to provide another shoot for you. We endeavour to send reminders but are not responsible for our emails getting placed in spam or texts not received.
Due to the custom nature of our portraits, any monies paid for photo orders are non refundable once full or part payment has been made as we will have undertaken production work for your order.
We provide a lay-away option where you can break down your order into several payments to reduce any financial impact in one month. Your picture order will be ready for you to receive once the final payment is made.
Should you have any issues with the quality of your images, we will endeavour to rectify this without charge.
We retain client images for at least three months.
We delete all images where no order has been placed within six months, unless the client has requested us to keep them for a particular reason. This is done at our discretion.
Free prints from any promotion are offered without the need to purchase. They are offered on the basis that any print order (including the free print) is placed during the initial live gallery period (this is usually for one week after your shoot).
We can extend your gallery when required for the purpose of you ordering other images. The free print will then only be available with a paid order.
Any client print orders that have not been collected within six months of our notifying that they are ready for collection will be deemed complete and disposed of. This will close the session.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, paypal, cash or credit/debit card.
Orders are not available to collect until the full balance is paid.
No order is accepted until payment or a deposit is made.
Copyright & Model Release
Affinity Studios retains the Copyright for all images taken.
With high resolution digital products, Affinity Studios grants the client printing rights and rights to copy the images for personal/family use. This is not the granting of Copyright.
Affinity Studios will occasionally use client images for future promotions on our web site or social media. We reserve the right to use any client images. However will always respect any requests by our clients to not use their images for such purposes.
